What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you will provide both practical assistance and companionship to our clients.

Home Assistance

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Running errands and providing transportation

• Accompanying clients to appointments

• Medication reminders

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding

Companionship

• Providing friendly conversation and emotional support

• Engaging clients in activities that stimulate and encourage independence

• Building meaningful relationships while improving quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals

• Experience caring for seniors or disabled adults (professionally or personally)

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a shift

• High school diploma preferred

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance (required)

• Comfortable using a smartphone to clock in/out and document visits

• Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience is a plus

• LNA/CNA certification is a plus
